Welcome to Gainesville Junior High School!

It is an incredible honor to serve as the principal of GJHS and to partner with our students, families, staff, and community. As an educator since 2006, I have dedicated my career to creating schools where every student is known, challenged, supported, and inspired to reach their fullest potential. My experiences in instructional leadership, special education, and student support have reinforced one simple truth: relationships matter, and every child deserves the opportunity to succeed.

Our campus theme, "Live Your Legacy," reminds us that the choices we make each day shape the legacy we leave behind. Whether you are a student, staff member, or parent, each of us has the opportunity to make a positive difference through our character, our work ethic, and the way we treat others. Alongside this theme is our unwavering belief that Learning is Required. We are committed to providing a safe, engaging, and challenging environment where students grow academically, socially, and emotionally while developing the confidence to become lifelong learners.
